The coaching process involves setting goals, exploring emotions, and providing guidance to help clients navigate conflicts, strengthen emotional bonds, and create positive changes within their relationships. Coaches often employ various techniques and exercises to promote self-awareness, empathy, and effective communication, ultimately supporting individuals and couples in achieving greater satisfaction and success in their relationships. Note: You will meet with both Certified Relationship coaches, when both are available. Due to any schedule conflict that Donald White, CRC may have you will meet with Tonya Cossie-White, MCHC, CLC, CRC.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring the cancellation or rescheduling of pre-marital consultation sessions. To maintain a fair and transparent process, please review our cancellation policy below: Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of pre-marital consultation sessions. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be considered late cancellations. No-Show Policy: If a couple fails to attend a scheduled session without providing prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. Cancellation Fees: Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can occur. If you have a legitimate emergency, please communicate as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. Rescheduling: Clients are allowed one rescheduling opportunity without incurring a cancellation fee. Subsequent rescheduling may be subject to the cancellation policy. Payment of Fees: Cancellation fees are due promptly after the scheduled session and must be settled before the next consultation is scheduled. Communication: Please communicate any cancellations or rescheduling requests through our preferred communication channels (phone or email) to ensure timely acknowledgment. By scheduling a pre-marital consultation, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms of this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
